We are excited to announce that a Chinese national investor in Civitas’ Bishop Arts multifamily development project has received I-526E petition approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This marks the project’s first approval on a Form I-526E, Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor.
“We’re thrilled for this investor,” said Jefferson Kiser, Director and Head of EB-5 Investor Relations for Civitas. “We look forward to seeing more EB-5 investors receive USCIS approvals in this project.”
The approval covers the completed construction of UNITi Bishop Arts, a 165-bedroom multifamily development in the Bishop Arts District, approximately a 10-minute drive from downtown Dallas, Texas.
Civitas Capital Group has experience managing more than 35 assets in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
