Civitas Hotel Alessandra Fund, made a $57.5 million senior secure loan to an affiliate of Midway Companies to partially finance the development of the Hotel Alessandra, a 225-room, luxury hotel located in Houston, Texas. The Hotel Alessandra is strategically located in the heart of downtown Houston. The hotel will anchor downtown’s GreenStreet, a mixed-use destination located near the George R. Brown Convention Center and the Toyota Center.
