Overview

Civitas Maple Fund, LP invested $11 million of equity in a joint venture with Wood Partners, one of the largest multifamily developers in the U.S., to develop Alta Maple Station, a 4-story, Class A apartment building. The project is located in the Medical District submarket of Dallas where approximately $3 billion of development is taking place within a one mile radius of the property. The project includes an affordable housing component as part of a tax increment financing package from the City of Dallas.
