Civitas McKinney Mezzanine Fund, LP made a $7 million mezzanine loan to partially finance the development of two all-suites hotels located together on one site: a 128-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and a 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in McKinney, Texas. The two hotels will be adjacent to the established Eldorado Plaza, a 250,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center whose tenants include Trader Joe’s, Belk, Starbucks, Pier 1 Imports, Chico’s, and Lane Bryan.
