Civitas Stonegate Fund I, LP made a $10 million senior secured loan to StoneGate Senior Living, LLC to finance the construction of two affordable assisted living facilities. Both facilities provide quality care in areas of Dallas lacking affordable seniors housing. The first property contains 130 beds and is located in west Dallas. The second development contains 150 beds and is directly adjacent to Baylor Hospital in east Dallas.
