Civitas Trinity Fund, LP invested $4.5 million of equity in a joint venture with Trammell Crow Residential to finance the construction of 166 Class A apartments. Located in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood, a re-emerging market in southern Dallas undergoing a development “renaissance.” The project includes an affordable housing component as part of a tax increment financing package from the City of Dallas.
