Civitas Capital Group at the 49th International Emigration & Investment Fair in Seoul

Civitas Capital Group attended the 49th International Emigration & Investment Fair, held September 19-20, 2026, at COEX in Seoul, South Korea. Eden Ham, Vice President, Investor Relations, represented Civitas at the two-day event, connecting with attendees and Korean EB-5 business partners.

Now in its 49th edition, the fair brought together exhibitors from 10 countries and roughly 12,000 visitors, and it offered an opportunity to connect with investors and industry partners from around the world.

Eden met with attendees who are exploring U.S. immigration and considering the EB-5 program. The event was a valuable opportunity to hear firsthand what matters most to those considering EB-5.

He also had conversations with leading Korean EB-5 business partners about the trends shaping the industry today. Korea remains one of the most engaged markets for EB-5.
