Joseph Pezanowski


Mr. Pezanowski is the Director of Project & Platform Management for Civitas, leading internal and external initiatives to ensure they stay on time and on budget. Mr. Pezanowski also manages the firm’s technology roadmap and internal infrastructure. Educated in Lean Process Improvement, he focuses on reviewing and working with the team to improve all facets of Civitas’ operational processes.

Mr. Pezanowski has 25 years of project management experience across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Hospitality, Information Technology, Medical Device Manufacturing, and Telecommunications. He has managed a wide range of projects for his clients in North and South America, Europe, and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Civitas, Mr. Pezanowski ran his own consulting firm providing clients with expertise in Project/Program Management, Project Management Office Design & Operations, Tactical & Strategic Planning, and Business Process Improvement.

Mr. Pezanowski graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
