DALLAS, October 11, 2012 – The City of Dallas Regional Center and Civitas Capital Group today announced that representatives from both organizations will speak at the 2012 Urban Land Institute Expo in Denver, Colo., on October 18th. The session, How to Use New Market Tax Credits and EB-5 Programs to Finance Ground-Up Development Projects, will provide an indepth look at the City of Dallas Regional Center’s (CDRC) EB-5 Program funding for the renovation of a 100-year-old South Dallas building into a boutique hotel. The discussion will be moderated by Karl Zavitkovsky, director of the City of Dallas’ Office of Economic Development, and will be co-led by Gabriel Hidalgo, partner at Civitas Capital Group.
