Eden Ham is Vice President of Investor Relations at Civitas Capital Group. He is responsible for market development and investor pipeline through high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Mr. Ham has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and capital raising. He spearheaded a $900 million capital raise for commercial real estate debt and equity investments through Korean institutional investors.

Prior to joining Civitas, Mr. Ham was a vice president at a boutique private equity firm, where he oversaw market development and capital raising in Asia. Previously, he worked as a reporter for Builder's Daily Newspaper, the leading media publication for Korean real estate and construction.

Mr. Ham holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea, and an MBA and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is fluent in Korean and Japanese.
