Eden Ham

Vice President, Investor Relations

Eden Ham is Vice President of Investor Relations at Civitas Capital Group. He is responsible for market development and investor pipeline through high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Mr. Ham has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and capital raising. He spearheaded a $900 million capital raise for commercial real estate debt and equity investments through Korean institutional investors.

Prior to joining Civitas, Mr. Ham was a Vice President at a boutique private equity firm, where he oversaw market development and capital raising in Asia. Previously, he worked as a reporter for Builder's Daily Newspaper, the leading media publication for Korean real estate and construction.

Mr. Ham holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea, and an MBA and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is fluent in Korean and Japanese.

He has written a monthly column on U.S. real estate for the Hanmi Global blog and newsletter since 2015, with his columns also carried by Chosun Daily, Korea's largest newspaper.
