Civitas Avon, LP (the “Fund”), will provide a $104.0MM senior loan to fund the construction of The Summit (the “Project”), a 164-unit Class A multifamily community in the heart of downtown Avon, Colorado.

The Summit is a Class A, mid-rise multifamily community that will deliver 164 units with 144 market-rate and 20 deed-restricted units plus ~5,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space on an approximately 1.5-acre site in downtown Avon.
The building will rise five to eight stories over two levels of below-grade parking, occupying one of Avon’s last undeveloped town-center parcels.
The community will feature high-end finishes and luxury amenities, including a fitness center, game room, hot tubs, landscaped courtyards, large balconies, dedicated ski-and-gear storage, an underground heated parking garage, and ground-floor commercial space along Avon’s Main Street Pedestrian Mall.
The Project is one of the last infill opportunities in downtown Avon, offering residents quick access to Beaver Creek Resort and Vail's 400+ world class ski trails across 7,300 acres, along with year-round dining, retail, hiking, and recreation.25-27
