Civitas Capital Group Named a Recipient of the 2025 IIUSA I-829 Award

Civitas Capital Group is honored to be recognized as a recipient of the 2025 I-829 Award by Invest In the USA (IIUSA), the leading trade association for the EB-5 program. The award was announced at the 16th Annual IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum, held April 29 – May 1 in Washington, D.C.

The I-829 Award recognizes regional centers, migration agencies, and service providers that have successfully guided investors through the complete EB-5 lifecycle, from initial investment through the approval of the I-829 petition and the removal of conditional residency status. It is one of the most meaningful distinctions in the EB-5 industry, reserved for those whose work demonstrates a sustained commitment to investor outcomes, program integrity, and compliance excellence.

This year's honorees were selected from across the EB-5 community, spanning regional centers, migration agencies, and immigration law firms around the world. "This year's nominees represent the very best the EB-5 community has to offer," IIUSA noted, "reflecting a deep commitment to investment integrity, compliance, and economic development." IIUSA Executive Director Aaron Grau added: "Their dedication to their clients and to the program as a whole continues to fuel meaningful economic development and reinforce everything the EB-5 Program stands for."

The EB-5 program has had a significant impact on the U.S. economy. Between 2016 and 2019 alone, it attracted $75 billion in private investment, supported the creation of 1.7 million jobs, and contributed $184 billion to U.S. GDP. Award recipients like Civitas have played a direct role in driving that impact.
