Civitas Capital Group Represents at the 2026 Changsha Immigration Summit

Civitas Capital Group was proud to take part in the 2026 Changsha Immigration Summit, hosted by the Guangdong Immigration Association, joining immigration professionals, regional center operators, and industry partners from across the globe for a wide-ranging discussion on the state of investment immigration today.

Representing Civitas at the summit were Rafael Anchia, Stephanie Fang, Frank Chen, and Erin Lu. Rafael opened the summit with a keynote address during the opening ceremony, sharing perspectives on the EB-5 program's evolution and the opportunities it continues to offer foreign investors and their families pursuing U.S. permanent residency. He later joined Stephanie for a panel discussion focused on the key developments shaping the EB-5 industry, covering regulatory shifts, processing trends, and what these changes mean for investors navigating the program.

The summit offered a valuable opportunity for the Civitas team to reconnect with longtime partners and forge new relationships within the immigration community, reinforcing the relationships that help guide investors through every stage of the EB-5 process.
For Civitas, engagement of this kind is central to how we operate. As the EB-5 landscape continues to shift, staying close to the partners and stakeholders working directly with investors helps ensure that the guidance we provide remains timely, accurate, and grounded in real on-the-ground developments.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Guangdong Immigration Association for organizing an outstanding summit, and we look forward to continuing these conversations in the months ahead.
