Civitas Capital Group was proud to take part in the 2026 Changsha Immigration Summit, hosted by the Guangdong Immigration Association, joining immigration professionals, regional center operators, and industry partners from across the globe for a wide-ranging discussion on the state of investment immigration today.

Representing Civitas at the summit were Rafael Anchia, Stephanie Fang, Frank Chen, and Erin Lu. Rafael opened the summit with a keynote address during the opening ceremony, sharing perspectives on the EB-5 program's evolution and the opportunities it continues to offer foreign investors and their families pursuing U.S. permanent residency. He later joined Stephanie for a panel discussion focused on the key developments shaping the EB-5 industry, covering regulatory shifts, processing trends, and what these changes mean for investors navigating the program.
